McCall Refrigeration was founded in 1937 by William
McCall in Hudson, New York. With over 60 years of experience in the foodservice
industry, McCall Refrigeration is a mainstay and continues to provide
high quality, reliable and versatile refrigeration equipment.
Where is McCall located?
McCall's manufacturing facility is located
in Parsons, Tennessee approximately 100 miles west of Nashville. In this
80,000 square feet facility McCall houses all departments in an effort
to better streamline aspects such as engineering, sales, service and manufacturing
in order to produce high quality refrigeration equipment and provide the
utmost in customer service.

Do you factory test
your equipment?
Yes, Each McCall Refrigeration unit is
tested to ensure a leak free refrigerant system and a trouble free start-up
for continued operation. Every piece of equipment manufactured by McCall
Refrigeration has a Quality Check List that accompanies it throughout
the assembly and test processes. These lists require the individual operators
to sign off for each operation and test performed. Chart recorders are
used to record various performance characteristics on every cabinet built.
These charts are attached to the Quality Check List, kept on file, and
become a permanent record.

Are your Prep Tables
NSF 7 compliant?
Yes, all McCall sandwich/salad and pizza
prep tables meet NSF 7 requirements. The NSF Standard 7
(Section 6.3) test requires refrigerated buffet units and refrigerated
food preparation units to be capable of maintaining product
in the open display area (rail) at temperatures not greater
than 5°C (41°F) and not less than 1°C (33°F). The air temperatures
within the enclosed refrigeration compartments must remain between
1°C (33°F) and 4°C (40°F).
